Hi! My name is Joy and I would like to introduce myself!
Being born and raised in Norfolk, VA and for the most of my adult life living in Virginia Beach, VA, I am a Hampton Roads native.
My company, DBJ & Co, was established in 2007 from the comfort of my living room, as I scoured the job list ads to find my next place of employment. I was a military wife at the time, so finding something that allowed me to transfer to other locations within the US was a priority.
Not having any luck finding something in my industry that would give me that freedom of moving around the country, I decided to setup my own business. Seventeen years later, here I am, still going strong, but have a desire to find a team of people to bring more stability into my life.
So let me tell you about some of the clients and projects I have worked on in the last, almost, two decades.
